No Creeps Allowed in the Ocmulgee Judicial Circuit

Benjamin Lewis McCommons, 54, was convicted by a Greene County jury on September 10th for the crime of Peeping Tom. He was sentenced by Judge Stephen A. Bradley to five years with the first three years to be served in prison.

The charge stemmed from an April 2023 incident where McCommons was found to be looking through a gap in the blinds at a woman who was partially unclothed.

The District Attorney's Office would like to thank all those who worked to hold McCommons accountable, as well as the jury for their verdict. The message was sent......NO CREEPS ALLOWED IN THE OCMULGEE JUDICIAL CIRCUIT!!
